Founded on a love of sharing really good food, the Stella's legacy spans over a decade in the heart of Warragul.

Now led by a self-professed "food nerd", chef, HR guru and cake artist Lauren Oliver brings her wealth of food knowledge to Stella's.

"I'm that person that has a dusty old collection of recipes torn from magazine's. Recipes that I'll rarely cook, yet can't part with.

My dream was to become a chef.... yet sometimes dreams don't turn out how you expect. Long hours, tough conditions and a lost love lead me down other paths, yet the pull of hospitality drew me to a destination I never thought possible - my very own cafe, with a deli and food store to boot.

I'm passionate about bringing high quality food brands to Gippsland. I want local producers to have a space to sell their products. I want the community to have a warm, friendly space to eat good food. And I want to inspire people to cook!"
